Please check your parcel status on the “Parcel Inquiry Service” on the Sagawa Express website as soon as you confirm your parcel number.
Please call the Sagawa Express office indicated in the “Delivery Inquiries” section and provide us with your delivery address.
*Transfer fees will be charged if the package is delivered to an address in a different delivery area. Please note that the forwarding fee will be borne by the customer.
Sagawa Express keeps your package for 7 days. If the package is not picked up within the storage period, it will be returned to our store as refused, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for reshipment. Please note that even in the case of reshipment, no cancellations or refunds will be made.
Please note that the delivery address for Yamato Transport “Nekopos” parcels cannot be changed after the product has been shipped.

If you have ordered an item with an advanced shipping date, such as a pre-order item, and there is enough time left before the shipping date.
If you would like to confirm whether or not you can change your address, please contact us using the Contact Us form, specifying your “address at the time of order” and "address after change.
