If you do not receive the “Order Completion E-mail,” it is possible that your settings do not allow you to receive “e-mails sent from the system,” “e-mails containing URLs,” “automatic e-mails,” or the like.
Even if you do not receive an order completion e-mail, your order has been accepted if your order history is shown in “Order History” in “My Page”.
Please go to “Order History” in “My Page” and click the corresponding order number to confirm the details of your order.
