What is a security code?
A security code is a special code used to prevent fraudulent use of credit/debit cards. Please check below for the part of each credit card that states the code.
For VISA, MasterCard, and JCB, the 3-digit number on the back of the credit card
(located just to the right of the main card number)
For American Express, the 4-digit number on the front of the credit card
(located to the upper right of the main card number).
If you do not know or cannot decipher the security code, please contact your bank or credit card company listed on the card.
Convenience Store Payment

Handling charge: 330 yen
Please pay at the convenience store you selected on the payment method input screen within 3 days from the day after the order date.
Convenience store payments must be made in advance. We will make arrangements to ship your order in the order in which we receive confirmation of payment. Orders will be cancelled after the payment deadline has passed.
Example: Order date: December 1, 2021 → Payment deadline: December 11, 2021

For payment at convenience stores, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page after clicking the “Order Complete” button.
Please select the convenience store you wish to use and click the “Purchase Procedure” button.
Please be sure to print out or make a note of the customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline. (Items may differ depending on the convenience store you have selected.)
If you have set up your e-mail settings to receive e-mails from KOMOJU, please clear the filter of “@komoju.com” and set your e-mail settings so that you can receive e-mails from no-reply@komoju.com.
Pay-easy payment [ATM/NetBank ]
Settlement fee: 330 yen (tax included)
Payments can be made at ATMs of Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Japan Post Bank, etc., and through net banking and mobile banking at various financial institutions such as metropolitan banks, regional banks, credit unions, labor banks, agricultural cooperatives, and fishery cooperatives. Payment can be made by entering three numbers: “collection agency number,” “confirmation number,” and “customer number.
Payments via NetBank are only available if you have an account at a financial institution affiliated with Pay-easy. For details on payment methods, please contact the financial institution where you have opened an account.
The deadline for payment is “order date + 3 days”.
Example: Order date: December 1, 2021 → Payment due: December 11, 2021
If payment is not received, we will assume that there is no intention to purchase and the order will be automatically cancelled.
