Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered, so please check each product detail page.

Items without a shipping date listed on the product detail page will usually be shipped within 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after order confirmation for credit card payment methods and payment confirmation for convenience store payment (KOMOJU) methods.
*As this is a “shipment” rather than an “arrival,” the actual number of days required for delivery will vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.
*If you order items with different scheduled shipping dates at the same time, the items will be shipped together according to the latest scheduled shipping date.
*It may take more than 10 business days to ship goods that are being sold at events and other venues, depending on inventory status.
*Specified delivery date and time, delivery method, and special packaging for gifts, etc. cannot be accepted.
Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the delivery company.

Please check the shipping completion e-mail that will be sent after the shipment is completed.
You can check the shipping status by yourself since the “shipping company” and “Inquiry Waybill No.” are listed in the e-mail.
You can also check the shipping status in the “Order History” in the “Member Information” section.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please follow the procedures for receiving your order according to the “Absenteeism Notice” posted by the delivery company.
In the case of Nekopos, we will post and deliver the product to your mailbox (if the product does not fit in the mailbox, we will take it back to your mailbox).
If the item is not picked up within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when the item is reshipped.
