Please call the Sagawa Express office indicated in the “Delivery Inquiries” section and provide us with your delivery address.

*If your package is delivered to an address in a different delivery area, a forwarding fee will be charged.
Please note that the forwarding fee will be borne by the customer.
Sagawa Express keeps your package for 7 days. If the package is not picked up within the storage period, it will be returned to our store as refused and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for reshipment. Please note that even in the case of reshipment, no cancellations or refunds will be made.
