If you have not received your first delivery after 2-3 days from the date your package became trackable, it is possible that the delivery was not made due to your absence or missing address.
Please contact the delivery company within 7 days of the shipment date.
Please note that the delivery company's retention period is 7 days from the date of first delivery (or the date the package was headed for delivery if the address is unknown); after 7 days, the item will be returned to us as declined receipt and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs for resending the item.
There has been no first delivery even a few days after shipment.
